Ron has over twenty eight years experience in the high tech field. He has a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from the University of Western Ontario, a Master of Intellectual Property Laws Degree from York University, a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Liverpool, a Diploma in Marketing Management from Centennial College and is Certified in Production and Inventory Management by the American Production and Inventory Control Society. He is currently obtaining his Master of Science in Finance Degree from the University of London.
Ron is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Civil Liberties Association and the Institute of Corporate Directors. He has been nominated for the Premiers Award given by Province of Ontario for social and economic contributions. Ron is a co-founder of The Rose and Thistle Group Ltd. The Rose and Thistle Group is a privately held land and investment company that owns and operates a stable of commercial and residential properties, is a property developer and is the parent company of Corporate Communications Interactive, Hazelton Financial Corporation, Hazelton Property Management, Handy Kitchen Tools Inc. and Walton Advocates, Barristers and Solicitors.

John has overall responsibility for establishing and coordinating all marketing and sales strategies and programs and functions. He is also tasked with building our sales and marketing team. His experience includes positions as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd., Vice President of Sales at SolutionInc; as well as, North American Director of Business Development and Director of Customer Service & Sales at 3Com Corporation. With over 25 years in product, software and service sales, John brings to CCI, a thorough understanding of the sales cycle, the sales process and customer relationship management.
His education includes: Queen's Strategic Leadership Program - Queens University, Kingston, Ontario; Target Account Selling, Vienna, Virginia; 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Toronto, Ontario; Situational Leadership - Leveraging Human Performance, Ottawa Ontario; and Computer Information Systems Diploma - Ryerson P.I., Toronto, Ontario. John also sits on a number of Community Service Boards and Sport Associations.

Mario is responsible for budget and cost controls, financial analysis, accounting practices and reports. He has over 25 years experience in finance. Mario has a Bachelor of Business Management Degree from Ryerson University and is a member of the Certified Management Accountants of Ontario.

Steve joined Corporate Communications in 1999 and supervises the instructional writing, graphic production, internet development and quality assurance groups within production. His project management experience is extensive, having managed projects with some of the worlds leading businesses.
Steve studied history and political science at the University of Western Ontario. His interests outside of work include cultural, political, military and historical research; the arts and the environment.

Jim has been with CCI since early 1997. He manages the activities of CCI’s research and development team. Jim is responsible for the introduction of new products and processes and enhancements to existing products. As well, he plays a key role in the standardization of internal CCI business practices. Jim is also skilled in recording engineering and multimedia production.

Zoran has been with CCI since 1999. He is responsible for overseeing the analysis, definition and establishment of client programs. Through monitoring, managing and making recommendations and adjustments based on continued analysis of metrics and feedback, Zoran works to maximize client program impact and effectiveness.
Zoran has a B.Sc. in Philosophy and Cognitive Psychology from the University of Toronto and certificates in Multimedia Design, Online Curriculum Development and is a Certified Blackberry Enterprise Server System Administrator.
