Merging data captured by the CCI Platform and with data from a client’s Sales Force Automation (SFA/CRM) system the CCI Platform can produce reports that provide a summary of how the knowledge transferred is impacting sales activity and revenues. Similarly we can merge tracking data with service and support systems to summarize the impact of the knowledge transfer against the service and support costs.

Summary Report
  • The Summary Report provides a role-up of information related to learning ROI.
  • In cases where more specific ROI information is required a custom report is required.

Each section contains the following learning ROI:
  • Usage Summary speaks to the attracting and the retaining activity of the learners. The comparison would be the same metrics against existing or previous learning implementations. A relative correlation should exist with the client.
  • Completion Summary is the primary ROI metric for any learning solution. ROI typically speaks to financial benefit. Implementing a CCI Solution has a strong financial benefit. By using the data provided specifically in the summary report from previous learning engagements, Mary Kay can draw a comparison to the amount of successful completions and hours of learning transferred through the CCI Solution, over that of their current or previous solutions.
  • Support Summary provides data to compare the effort on the client’s part to support previous learning efforts.
